To be eligible for final acceptance and publication, each accepted paper
must have at least one full registration, which must be completed by the
registration deadline. Papers for which the required full registration
has not been completed by the deadline will not be published.
One regular registration covers one paper of up to five (5) pages,
including all figures, tables, and references. If additional pages are
permitted, an extra page charge of USD 50 per page will apply.

Accommodation
- Accommodation is not included in registration fee, the delegates need
reserve rooms themselves, we advise you reserve rooms as early as you
can. The conference staff won't require your personal card information
for booking service. Please don't trust anyone.
Refund Policy
- If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal
reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
